JiliStorm Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the JiliStorm platform at jilistorm.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect the moment you create a JiliStorm account or place your first bet, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the platform. JiliStorm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and participate in real-money gaming on JiliStorm, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. JiliStorm does not permit minors to open accounts under any circumstances.

JiliStorm reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending review. Winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility will be voided.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one JiliStorm account. Opening multiple accounts — under your own name or under different names — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Balances and winnings on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your JiliStorm account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your JiliStorm login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact JiliStorm support immediately. We will never ask for your password via any channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JiliStorm account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out completely.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@jilistorm.best immediately.

Accepted Payment Methods

JiliStorm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Minimum and Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfers and card payments.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank channels.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes, 24/7.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within 30 minutes.
• Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal Verification

JiliStorm may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected. This is a security and anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be held until verification is completed. JiliStorm does not charge fees on GCash or Maya withdrawals.

JiliStorm offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated when the bonus is awarded.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. JiliStorm does not apply hidden multipliers or change wagering requirements after a bonus has been accepted.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is clearly communicated when the bonus is issued. Extensions are not generally available, though exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the support team on a case-by-case basis.

Abuse and Multi-Accounting

Bonuses are issued for individual accounts and cannot be transferred. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts, whether knowingly or through account-sharing arrangements, constitutes bonus abuse. JiliStorm reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings derived from abusive bonus behaviour and to permanently close all associated accounts.

• Bonuses apply to real-money wagering only; free play and practice mode do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Some bonus types may be restricted to specific games — check promotion details carefully.
• Referral bonuses are credited after the referred player's first qualifying deposit and wagering activity.
• JiliStorm reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion with reasonable notice.

Each game type on JiliStorm — including Tongits, Pusoy, Pusoy Dos, Fishing Games, and slot-style titles — has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. These in-game rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all players.

Certified Random Number Generators

All card games and casino-style titles on JiliStorm use certified RNG technology. The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to confirm that all outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced. JiliStorm does not have the ability to adjust outcomes in real time for individual players.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, game freeze, or server interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, JiliStorm reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Where a completed round result can be confirmed through server logs, that result stands. JiliStorm will not pay out on results caused by a game error or malfunction.

Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will complete according to server-side logic. Stakes already committed to a round cannot be recovered due to disconnection. JiliStorm recommends a stable internet connection when playing for real money, and is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device or internet service provider.

JiliStorm's sportsbook covers MMA, PBA, basketball, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the JiliStorm platform.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or authority after each event concludes. JiliStorm uses official results and does not accept claims based on unofficial sources, broadcast errors, or third-party statistics services.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled time, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' JiliStorm wallets in full.

Live Betting

Live in-game bets are final once confirmed on the JiliStorm platform. Odds may be suspended or adjusted during live events — bets placed and confirmed before a suspension remain valid at the confirmed odds. JiliStorm is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a live bet from being placed during active odds windows.

Maximum Winnings

JiliStorm applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are posted in the sportsbook lobby and are subject to change. Winning bets that exceed the posted maximum will be capped at the maximum payout for that market.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JiliStorm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Cheating and collusion — coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage in card games or tournaments, including sharing hands, chip dumping, or pre-arranged outcomes.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs — deliberately and knowingly exploiting any bug, error, or unintended feature to generate winnings. All winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen credit cards, disputed transactions, or payment accounts that do not belong to you to deposit funds.
• Money laundering — using JiliStorm to process or conceal proceeds of illegal activity. JiliStorm is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Multiple accounts — creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or evading account restrictions.
• Threats and harassment — directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward JiliStorm staff or other players via any communication channel.

JiliStorm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed.
• Death of the account holder — balances will be dealt with according to JiliStorm's estate claim procedure.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, JiliStorm will communicate the reason via the registered email or in-app messaging. Where the suspension is under investigation, account balances will be held until the matter is resolved. Where a violation is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit a written appeal to support@jilistorm.best within 14 days of the suspension notice. JiliStorm will review all appeals and respond within a reasonable period.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a pre-set session duration to prompt a break.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from JiliStorm. A self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

JiliStorm will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulators where required by law or contractual necessity. All data sharing arrangements involve data protection obligations on the receiving party.

All content on the JiliStorm platform — including but not limited to the JiliStorm brand name, logo, game designs, interface graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of JiliStorm or its licensed content partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any JiliStorm content is prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JiliStorm platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any JiliStorm content.

JiliStorm's liability to any player arising out of or related to the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's JiliStorm wallet at the time the claim arises, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower — except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

JiliStorm is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Acts of third parties, including payment processors, where JiliStorm has no direct control over the outcome.
• Technical issues on third-party devices or operating systems used to access JiliStorm.

Nothing in this section limits JiliStorm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

JiliStorm may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

The current version of these Terms is always available at jilistorm.best/terms-conditions. The effective date is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use JiliStorm after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which JiliStorm holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through JiliStorm's internal complaint process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority.

JiliStorm will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
